Description - Ground Floor
The front door opens out into a light and spacious entrance area with access to the lounge on the right. Neutrally decorated and lined with dark wood effect laminate flooring the lounge area is a comfortable yet spacious area to sit and entertain friends and family. The log burner with the slate hearth is a great focal point for the lounge and helps to heat the room on a winters evening. There is ample room for a cosy seating area and additional sideboards if needed.
To the left of the front door is the rather impressive kitchen diner that has been renovated incredibly within the last 12 months. The crisp white wall and base units create a clean and fresh feel complimenting the dark worktops and copper fittings brilliantly. The kitchen area has been well thought out and offers a range of integrated appliances to include a double oven and full length fridge, plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine along with a sliding bin drawer and plenty of cupboard space. The island in the middle helps to break up the cooking space and occupies the induction hobs. There is a useful under stairs cupboard and walk in pantry which offer a great storage space and minimise clutter on show. The dining area to the end is a great sociable space and offers room for a large table for entertaining with lots of natural light flooding into the room from the front of the property.
From the kitchen to the rear is access to the extension which is very much a dual purpose space. Spanning an impressive six metres in length, this area could be used as a second lounge or playroom. To the left is a useful downstairs WC and additional storage cupboard. Patio doors lead out into the rear garden and invite the outside in. To the right is a useful utility room which has been tiled throughout making it both child and pet friendly after a muddy walk around the village. This room offers lots of space for additional storage and also occupies the boiler. The utility area offers entrances to the garage and the rear of the property. The double garage is fitted with electricity and lighting offering yet another multi purpose space. There is great additional storage in the roof and offers scope for renovation and extension.

Consisting of a double shower, heated towel rail and luxury monochrome fittings, the ensuite oozes elegance and style. The family bathroom is just as impressive with two sink areas and LED mirrors.
