We oversee the full tendering process, ensuring all contractors deliver quality work at competitive rates. We manage the collection, checking, and payment of invoices, so you don’t have to.
Financial Administration
- Issuing service charge invoices and managing collection
- Ring-fenced client accounts with CMP insurance for financial security
- Debt management to keep the estate financially healthy
Insurance Arrangements
We arrange and manage public liability insurance for your site, along with professional indemnity cover for added peace of mind.
Company Administration
We handle all Companies House filings, including confirmation statements, director changes, and new owner registrations, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
