Meet the Team

Dean and Caroline Edwards purchased the business, formerly known as Welden Property Management in October 2013. Dean has lived locally his entire life and worked as a Bookmaker in the area since leaving school prior to re-training in Estate Agency. In his spare time, Dean is the Chairman for Heathcoat Cricket Club and enjoys watching the cricket and rugby.

 

Corinna is our fantastic Lettings Negotiator who has been part of the Welden & Edwards family for over 10 years. When away from the office, Corinna manages a small portfolio of her own letting properties and spends any extra free-time with her husband and young son.

Shaunnah joined the team in 2021 having gained valuable experience as an Administrator at a separate estate agent. Her positive attitude and friendly approach to all our clients make her a great asset to have. In her spare time, Shaunnah enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters.

Emma has recently joined us as an Estates Manager after graduating from Bath University. With a strong focus on efficiency and cost-saving, she is passionate about finding smart solutions that benefit both clients and the team. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places and spending time with friends.

Tash is our friendly Estates Manager, looking after the day-to-day operations of our private estates, overseeing the upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Tash has spent her life living in Tiverton so has great local knowledge of the area. You will see Tash out and about on viewings with a big smile on her face. In her spare time, she enjoys days out with her husband, daughter and Labrador.

With over 8 years of experience in Lettings, Debbie is a great asset to the Lettings Team at Welden & Edwards. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and is always ready to help with a smile. In her spare time, she can be found walking her dog Winnie at the beach or enjoying a few pints of cider in the sun.

Reece, our esteemed Estates Manager, has been a valuable member of our team since April 2024, showcasing a profound understanding of administrative tasks. When not at work, Reece can be found socialising with friends.

Ally is our Lettings Negotiator who joins us with extensive local knowledge of Tiverton and its surrounding villages. Renowned for her cheery smile and unwavering willingness to help, Ally is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable lettings experience for all her clients. Beyond her professional role, she passionately supports the local community as the chairperson of the Tiverton Signpost Club, a vibrant dance and theatre group that fosters creativity and camaraderie.

Tristan is one of the newest members of our team, bringing a fresh perspective, energy and plenty of enthusiasm to the sales team. Eager to learn and contribute, he takes a hands-on approach to work and he is already becoming a key part of the team. Outside of work, Tristan enjoys spending time with friends and going to the gym.
